I have ordered a mobile phone on 20/7/16 vide order no.[protected]. I have received my on 23/7/16. When i opened the packet then i have got an inkpad and top of charger instead of my ordered product. When i call so they told me i will get a call within two days and then they will exchange my product. But till 26/7/16 i have not got any call from company then i call them again so they replied me that they already have my complain and it will resolve within 10 to 12 days. When i asked that how can track my complain so they said that there is no way to track my complain.
