Order ID: [protected] The product contained a eye liner which had leaked and because of which all the items in the box had turned black. So we placed a complaint and they told we will exchange. It's been a month they haven't sent the exchange order nor they want to return my money. I have the receipt the courier person gave me while he took the defective order. We have called and mailed them also but they just say we will call you back in 2 days but they never call nor they reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After registering the complaint, I got a call from Shop CJ and they asked me the details of the return package. Later after a week i got a call that we have dispatched your product and within a few days i got my replaced product. SHOP CJ Network customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I had got a call on 27th May and they said we will track it and let you know about your package number.
I had also given them the AWB number but still there is no response. I simply suggested them if they cant deliver the product, refund me the money i don't need the product. But they said give us 48 hours we will look into it.
Is it so difficult for you to track a simple order and update the status? Does it really takes 48 hours to just track a product?
Really poor management from Shop CJ.
