.which is delivered at 6/12/15 but it was defected and i called them many times then they returned it at date 6/1/16 . but money of amount 1048 for this returned product is not delivered /received till now

I called many time to shocj at [protected] at least 50 times but they will say just2-3 days wait but they are not providing my money
a person of mobile number -[protected] have taken returned delivery and said that your money will be returned in 2-3 days .
but now he is also not responding.

I CALLED HIM ALSO AT LEAST 40 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE.

KINDLY LOOK THE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
