Shop CJ Order No.[protected] A defective product was delivered on 9-Jan-2016 for which I duly booked a return complaint on 10-Jan-2016. No action was taken and post that after making repetitive calls and registering still more complaints the product was finally picked up for return on 20-Jan. I have not received a call so far for refund because the mode of payment was COD. Even after registering multiple complaints they are not providing refund. Kindly can you pls. help is getting the refund of Rs. 1250 Was this information helpful? | |||||
