Shop Clue — Defective, used product given without invoice and misguided | |||||
I purchase micromax canvas juice 2 aq5001 silver 8gb rom, 2gb ram Code: 89484090 inr 6, 049/- from shop clue website order no 91441523 received at my venue 18 jun 2016. The phone was defective wasn't working properly and second hand, there were minor scratches on back side over company logo. I complained to shop clue next day to get the product back & refund my amount in my account and they agreed (As per company policy within 2-3 day will be taken back) after giving so many calls neither they are taking there product back nor they are refunding my amount.
