Shop Clues — Company not picked the duplicate product

On 26 Oct 15, I have received the duplicate product of the conserned filter. I came to know from the customer care of the conserned filter that the filter received was a duplicate product. From then I had tried several times to return it but shopclues had not done the proper action. They had only given the return I'd no. which is 72497219. Till date their courier had not come to pickup the product and taday I had received the email from the shopclues that your return request had been closed. It is totally injustice with me. Please help me to solve this problem. I will be very grateful to you.
