I have purchased a Disco bulb from Shop clues. But the product received on 3rd OCT is not in a working condition. Immediately I raised the request for Refund. But till date I have not received any refund. I have contacted customer service lot of time. every time I get the answer it is in process.

I believe shop clues are cheating customers by sending faulty products on discount and then not refunding the same.

Please help in getting the refund
