[Resolved]  Shop Clues — gave me wrong product, now not listening

I have two main complaints for shopclues

1stly amount deduction - 500 ( memory card which i had cancelled at that time only . Money deducted from my account, they are not listening )

2nd - i had ordered 8 gb pendrive . They have sent me broken earphones of sony ( i had not cheaked the order and sent it as a gift to my 8 year old cousin in punjab .. Now he has sent me snaps against it .. First time i had ordered . Thats why been made fool

I am attaching all the proofs against my complaints
