Shop Clues — Money deducted but not able to track. | |||
Hi, I have purchased a pair of shoes from shopclues portal, after payment was submitted i got error from portal that order creation failed due to technical reasons. I checked with bank and got confirmation that transaction was successfully submitted to portal, when i enquired about the same through shopclues support they did not track my order. I have transaction details shared by my bank regarding this. I do not have any other details except mail ID used for booking. my mail ID: ark.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
