[Resolved]  Shopcj.com — Order was not successful but payment was deducted

I tried to place an order for a bed-sheet on 21-Jun-16 on shopcj.com, but due to some reason the order was not successfully placed. However. the payment for Rs. 49 was successfully deducted from my Mobikwik account. When I checked in the My Orders, it showed no orders placed as yet. Kindly check the details and revert back asap.

Hi,

Kindly read and try to understand the issue instead of just reverting back.

I stated that I had tried to place an order but it was unsuccessful. How could there be an order number when there was no order placed? Do not ask any random questions.

My complaint is that my payment was deducted but my order was not placed. I even checked the "MY ORDERS" section but there was no order placed.

Kindly credit the amount debited to my account immediately.
