We are shopclues seller and shopclues is not giving paymnets since 3 months, every week they say payment will come nect week and misleading

I purchase a book which is a hardcopy i saw in shopclues site in 31st jan and shopclues says it will delivered me in 7th feb and suddenly i got a whatsapp message that your product is delivered but i did not get that after so many frustration they said to me that they delivered me as an email while it was also not there. I beg them to return my money but they said it is non refundable, NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WHAT TO DO HOW I COMMUNICATE...

I had ordered a Phone from Shopclues which I had to pay 811 rupees.

Due to some issues from Courier Companies they unable to deliver.
It got returned to origin
Shopclues told me my amount will be refunded to my original payment mode
the expected date to be reflect is 29 Jan 2022.
But today is 2 Feb 2022. No refund has been received.
I had shared my last 3 month Bank Statement...

I had a flight on 30th jan 2022 which costed ₹7340 but i had to cancel it for my shopclues order and I again booked a flight on 31st night because 31st was the delivery date but when i checked my order status on 31st morning those frikn fraudsters delayed my delivery to 5 february

My Order ID[protected] for Necklace of RS 108.With the company's wrong billing i got two messages to pay. so i paid Rs 108 two times. First time it showed me payment failed, but money was debited from my paytm upi. Another page opened for the payment, i paid this time with my google pay upi, again money was debited. I immediately cancelled the order, I got the refund of only one rs108. Another money of rs108 debited for the order was not refunded...

They have asked to pay 8600 so that we can get 860000.for 10 anniiversay winner swift desire car....

Sir I am order 2 phone but recived both phone completely dead conditions miner broken and one battery missing.so I want to return next day when recived but show invalid return.
I am try to contect customer care executive but not available.
Plise help me .🙏

I received a letter supposedly from shopclues.com for their 10th Anniversary claiming that I have won Rs.8, 40, 000 as prize money.
Dated : 2nd week of January, 2022

It states a number to be contacted for claiming the prizemoney and further asks not to call the Customer Care number as this is an "internal initiative" as the letter read.

It also asks in detail all the data such as PAN, Bank A/c No. etc....

Winning the lacky drw are not...

I have a purchased a product from SHOPCLUES, after that i have received 4-5 fraud call and messages from random numbers

Why SHOPCLUES is sharing our personal details....

I received a letter from shopclues.com stating that I won cash prize of 8, 20, 000/- and asked to pay 8, 200/- as TDS which I did and then asked to pay GST amount of 24, 600/- which i denied and asked them to refund my amount they asked to write a letter of cancellation of prize and send it which i did but not received any amount...

Sir we have not received my refund of Rs. 714 from ShopClue.com app which is proccessed on 12/19/21 and expected date to reflect in my account is 12/29/21 but we have not received yet. RRN no[protected] is given by them. We have send email screenshot shot. Plz help h...

Today at 1:40 pm.I got a call from ShopClues...one lady is on the call named Neelima from New Delhi.[protected]. They said I got a prize to win Maruti Suzuki car..is there any contest running in the ShopClues. And also they said, Before getting the prize I have to pay 10, 000/- rs for charges.And I want to know about that contests running in the ShopClues....

I was placed this prepaid order on dated 16 dec 2021 but due to some reason I was cancelled this order but till today refund not received. Now shopclues customer care executive saying that they not received the payment regarding this order but I have proof that I made payment for this order. Please guide me what should I do for getting refund my payment....

I have paid 57 rupee why u refund only 1 rupee . i reject the product to recieve because i have paid for this and courier ask for cash so this is not my fault than why u have refund only 1 rupee...

Then they call me and says me to send my personal details like photo Adhar id, pancard details etc.
Is this a true or fake...

I ordered 10 leggings got one and asked for return and one person came saying quantity is less i cannot take asked me to click on return again in app and it showing no return niw and I lost 3000. Solve this request...

On 24 December 2021 Shopclues manager (Mobile Number - [protected]) talked with me and told about the lucky draw and says that i won a mahindra kuv500
