ShopClues — Complaint regarding sizes of products sent by them

I have ordered denim jeans of size 30 but size sent by them is cheater size as compared to normal size 30. As I have filed this complain regarding size, but they refused to replace the size with size 30, and neither they are returning my money back. Please see to this complain as soon as possible. As this is second time they are refusing to return the product Last time the product sent by shopclues is of imperfect quality.
