[Resolved] ShopClues — Damaged product delivered and decling to replace | |||
I bought a godrej taurus safe from seller "Pathways Marketing and Consulting Group" from shopclues. It was delivered in damaged state. One corner was bent and welding came off near it. From packaging it looks like it got damaged during transit by courier company. Shopclues claim 10 day hassle free return. I filed a return request immediately on receiving product. Apart from a mail that they will get back in 3-4 days, no further response. Mails to shopclues are going unreplied. Call center people do not tell anything concrete. More than 10 business days have passed. Only update I found myself on this is "return request declined" in return requests page. regards, -tarun Was this information helpful? | |||

If its not resolved amicably, i'll file complaint at district consumer court. Customer service level in India is pathetic. Unless we go after it, things are not going to improve.
