ShopClues — Product is not shipped as the order was given

Hello,
I am Shahidhussain Shaikh from Nadiad, Dist.Kheda, Gujarat.
I had given order for “Zaveri peals Austrian Diamond Necklace” on 21/01/2016 from the web site “SHOPCLUES.COM” and my order number was 82685479.
At the time of given order the picture was seen on the website and how I submitted the order.
But when I opened my order, I socked that I got a totally different order, which I hadn’t seen at the time of order.
I paid cash on delivery Rs.258/- in cash.
The Picture which was seen me at the time of giving order is attached here, but I don’t get similar product. The product which was I got was totally different.
I request you to take some action for this act, Please.
