ShopClues — Refund for a returned item and poor customer service. | |||
Hi, My order number: 92308378 and i placed this on 27/5/2016 for the ktech 20kg combo 10-wb home gym. I contacted their email support on 28/5/2016 to cancel the order. I received a reply from them on 31/05/2016 saying that the order was already in transit (Which was not the truth) and they were unable to cancel. So they asked me to refuse the delivery which i did and the tracking has been updated in fedex as"item being returned to shipper". Their website had an update that my refund will be processed by jun 3rd. However, after that i have sent many emails on june 15th, 17th, 23rd. Then i received a wonderful email on 29/06/2016 saying that the product was delivered to me and i had confirmed the same. This is clearly a scam and after that i had also sent emails on 29th of june, and 3 emails on 6th of july. To add salt to the injury, i had also called them twice past this week and two agents have promised me that they will get back in 48 hours. It is now more than 165 hours.
