I want to post a complaint against Shopclues.com for not delivering the product. It was the first time when I purchased any product from Shopclues.com and I had a terrible experience. I made the purchase on 7th May, but I haven’t received any product as of today. I have made the payment for that product already but haven’t received anything. The service of the company is damn poor. I have tried calling their customer care center several times but they always ask me to wait for next 48 hours. I feel the company has devised their own timings, which have not yet completed. I would advise people who have seen this post not to buy any product from shopclues.com.
