Hi, the team recently I have received some online lucky draw letter regarding won 1 lakh winning prize value with coupon code. Is that fraud or company-related thing.

Because it looks like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from my own money.

I had placed one order on shopclues on 5th march 2020 (Which i still did not receive). After that, today, i. E. On 11th march i get a call from a shopclues guy saying i won a tata safari car and i need to deposit some 4000 rs. To get registered. I have purchased a wooden spoons from the shopclues app but the product is missing. I have received one wooden spoon instead of five wooden spoons. So i filed a return against the same but it has been rejected. I have tried to contact them but neither they have describe any reason for rejection nor they are answering to my queries.

I have purchased a Bluetooth dongle from the shopclues app but the product is not up to the mark. It seemes to be used, not as shown in the image and quality is not good. I have placed the order for the men's sandals 01-pair set payment rs-508/- deducted from my account and deposited in the account of shopclues@axisbank through my upi [protected]@ybl - (Phonepe) but order failed/not confirmed by shop clue how i will get refund of the payment in my account i have emailed my bank details to shopclues@axisbank. Ticket no:9684438 issued by shopclues@axisbank for this issue dt-04/march/2020/....

I order a bike decal and the seller shipped a completely different product than that mentioned in the picture and name. Now i requested a return the same day but the seller rejected my request even thought the product had 10 days return policy. No further response from shopclues. My order id is[protected]. The seller straight away rejected my replacement request. Even if the requested product is out of stock they should provide a refund....

I received an sms from qp-shopcl on 28-feb-2020 @ 09:58am that i had won a prize of tata nexon car with market value rs. 7, 50, 000.- and to pay only government service charges tax of rs. 7, 500.in favour of shopclues only tille 28/02/2020. Helpline number is [protected].
Surprisingly, this sms appears to come from the same id which shopclues uses to update customers about their shopping orders!

We got a letter with scratch and win and in card 15 lakhs we send to the help line# they ask to pay first pay 15500 and later 38400 and later 82400 and they send us a [censored] letters to us and they send us message in that the money is double total is 30 lakhs now you need to pay 250000, rupees but u pay 55000 (Iam all payments are paid,) then your money will release in your account. But there is no use please help me my money....

I have received a letter that i have won 10 lakhks in a scratch card and 1 lakh winning certificate.

I know this is fraud and i want to let you know what action has been taken frm shopclues end to investigate this issue. This is equallent to terrorism since it involves cheating people.
Many of the rural people fall for this trap unknowingly which is a great danger.

They are telling to pay 15000 tax fees to get a lottery which i didn't even played and they are texting me and calling me again again and these are the two fraud no from which they are calling me [protected]. [protected] and one them says that he is a bank officer and he is telling me to pay an amount of 15k in the name of an amit kumar and he is forcing me to pay the money...

I had a call from lucky draw that i had won the car for 12, 60000 i had deposited 3200 then asked for tds tax fee i had paid 50pecent of it 3200 again but asking me further money. Today i recieved a letter through india post it shows that i am a anniversary celebration lucky draw winner worth one lakh cash and a additional scratch card coupon worth ten lakh cash.. I called to confirm whether it is real or fake... They told it is true and asked to send my bank details... After i send my details they asked to pay 6500 rs as a registration charges.. Are u conducting any lucky draw??? If it is not so...

M3 smart bend purchase and returned due non ops. Shipment returned and employer id is 116316 dt. 18 feb 2020. Company told it will replace by 24feb 2020 on complition of shipment returned. I also wanted to know how your customer data is hacked like this and our personal details with them, this is quiet threatening that anyone can have my personal data though your database...
