I have purchased one earbuds . But they are totally useless . I have also registered complaint in shop clues but they denied me and don't even talk seriously they talk in layman language and abuse me .

I Received a call from ShopClues contest.in that call they mentioned that I won the 1 prize of Tata Safari car(₹1352000).they offer me two options receiving a cash or car.they said I need to pay the amount ₹13520.i know it's scam call.please take action on this complaint.

Fraud 50 LAKHS

We got a call on September 07 that we got 15 lakhs and MAHANDIRA xuv 500 and this name Ashok Kumar das he took 10lakhs and another person call name Jag Mohan singh and m.vanitha and they said we will refund your money back and they took 30lakhs and another person call and he said same name Munnu Agarwal and he took 10lakhs till now we didn't got our money back...
