I have ordered one new battery of panasonic mobile model p55 order no[protected] dated 07/08/2017 and we have recd this order on 18/08/2017 but founf new defective, i have tried many times to charge but unable to charge so request you to pls replace this one and provide new unit asap.

I m very sorry to say that as a customer of your shopping site i m embarrassed for many times for a single delivery. Is that your oath of customer satisfaction? To be a old customer of shopclues it's very sad to say that i have miss guided many times as i wanted to interact with the customer executives, till not reach out any solution. I had purchased an item amounting to rs.129 from shopclues.com on 8th august, 2017. I had used my debit card to pay for the product. On 14th august, i got a message from bluedart stating that my product has been delivered while i hadn't received the product.

Contacted customer care, it seems to be shop clues has hired bunch unprofessional people who knows only to push the complaint for next day instead of resolving it. I did the online shoping in shop clues web site. For sumsung ta20 mobile charger and its rate in this site was 1149. But when i got the product on 18/08/2017. It was ta13 model and the rate of t13 model mention 999 in its box. So it is simple a cheating. Please do check it. And in invoice showing samsung ep - ta20 of amount 1149

We order online from this shopping site coz we thought u they may not do anything wrong lyk other sites are doing i. E.
