I purchased face towels set (napkins) online by considering the image shown on that site, but when I received that item, size of that napkins are too small not even a half of the size shown on that site. So I opted for return the product that received day itself, but till now almost after two weeks no one came to receive, and no response from shopclues.

Updated by ArqamMuallim I purchase two different item which are on stock clearance sale on two different days. After purchased, during waiting for delivery, after long time getting call from shopclues that item is not available due to some reason, we will refund the amount. this thing happen with me two time and both items was on special sale. One is wireless Selfie Stick and other one is adjustable skipping rod wooden.
