ShopClues.com — cant receive my order yet after 20 days

i am jaswinder singh my order no is 2545313 . Yet now i can't received my order and requested shopclues return my payment with 10 times calling chargers. when i call to custrmer care they will not attend call 5-10mins every time. i called them 10 timesfor my order but they are shame less person. i personally suggest please shut off website.
