ShopClues.com — Cheating and harassment to customers

I have booked mobile (Order no.[protected] on line with shopclue on Aug. 23, 2015 and paid Rs 49699(Rs fortynine thousand six hundred nintynine)through net banking after taking the personnel loan. Shopclue confirmed the order and provided the shipping details (Carrier Name: India Post - Registered-BJW Tracking Number: RK[protected]IN Track your Shipment: To track this package goto http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ and enter the tracking number shown above. ). I checked with courier service and came to know that consignment does not belong to me. I complained with shopclue and merchant. Every time they assured me that I will get my product, please wait.I got suspicious because they did not provide me new consignment no.After using my funds for 15 days they cancelled my order. I think they cheat many people by this way. They collect the money and use for their personnel interest and make the people fool. I want them to be punished and want a compensation for financial loss and mental harrashment. Thanks and Regards SHIV KUMAR GARG

I bought a product (order code[protected] from your site on 14 th Nov 2015, and I also paid money by Net banking for this product. But this product not Deliver my Address till today now!! How many times needed in your site to send a Product? Why your site is too slow? I always shopping online, from many sites, everyone send their products within only 5 to 6 days. but in you site my product now also coming! Try to work fast. This Product is very impotent for me, are you know it??If I ordered it COD, I never accept. its my Bad luck that I was Shopping in your largest & Famous Site.

I have booked a hand made swing chair Order Id .88200844 online with shopclues on Mar. 15, 2016 and paid Rs 1145. Shopclue confirmed the order and provided the shipping details (Courier Name: India Post - Registered-BJW Tracking Number: CL3245678IN Track your Shipment: To track this package goto http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ and enter the tracking number shown above. ). This Tracking number never worked for me. I complained with shopclues and merchant. After 15 days, they changed the status that my order was delivered. I do not know where and whom they have delivered it. I drop many email and I got response that we have contact with our courier partner and delivered it. I got suspicious because they did not provide me Product. This was my first case as I have purchased many items from shopclues. They are making fool to people or India Post courier partner are making cheat. I want my money back.
