I happened to purchase a headset on 28-Aug-2014 which was projected as Monster Beats Headphone With Mic.The order reference is:19276109. I have received the product already on 01-Sep-2014 but the status in shopclues portal is yet to be dispatched. At this point of time, it seems to me that the status update is being delayed intentionally so that the buyer will be frustrated and will not complaint against the received product. Regarding the product quality, It is a roadside cheap quality product and the audio experience is horrible. It's MIC is placed on a plastic body whose colour is faded after the testing of the headset. I tried calling shopclues customer care on:[protected] to initiate return but I was kept on hold for nearly 14 mins without any response. Considering all of these incidents it is evident that they are not at all ready to server the customers regarding the refund/replacement. You neither sell original products nor support post sale promptly.
It is waste of money buying anything from you. You don't either save our time by responding promptly.
People who have plenty of money and time will buy anything from you just to waste their money and then run behind you to kill their time.
