I have ordered a LED torch Vide order no. 49134421 which was dully confirmed by you on my Mobile No.[protected]. I recd the Torch today. Torch is on by me and tried to off the same but the torch remains on still it is on . I think there is a default in the torch. You are requested to look into the matter and solve the problem.
