ShopClues.com — Defective product, horrible service, huge delay to start return/refund process | |||
I ordered a Micromax A210 canvas 4 flip cover on www.shopclues.com with order no. #12361439. They delivered me on 31st of March, 2014. I raised a return request on the very same day of the delivery of the product as the product is defective(not fitted well with my phone, It produces a gap between phone and back cover near the camera section) and also the delivered product was not same (the picture shown in their website) with the product I have ordered. The return request #246023 is still pending till date. I have put the return request with the proper picture of deffective section, but they replied me that I need to send them a proper video. Then I sent the video link after uploading the video on skydrive.com, now they are saying their system is not supported to view the video.I dont know whether they are delaying return process without any proper reason.Moreover, They dont have any toll free number of Customer support, I have spent more than Rs50 for contacting Customer support by phone std call as they are not responding by email properly. I shopped online regularly and this is the worst online shopping company I came across. Are they duping the consumers openly??
