[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Delay in delivery of Shipment for Order ID 53751107 | |||
This is regarding my order no. 53751107 ordered on 25th May. Displayed on site that despatched on 1st of June with shipping ID 82122737 through safeexpress. Could not track the product till 4th on safexpress as the waybill no provided by shopclues shows wrong in safexpress site. After a lot of complaint and followup finally showed on safexpress website that the waybill generated on 4th and since then there is no update either from shopclues or from the courier about the delivery of the product. Where other online sites are competing for better customer service, a product bought from shopclues despatched from delhi could not reach kolkata even after 8 days.
