ShopClues.com — Delivery of damaged lcd | |||||
I ordered samsung led tv 40inch on 25th june and received it on somewhere around july 23 (much late from the promised delivery date) and found that display of led was damaged. so i filed return request with shopclues and couriered back product to them on aug 4...in third attempt by our skyking courier partner they accepted the delivery of the productbefore that they were not accepting the courier also...on my continuous and repititive calls to them i got to know that product has gone for quality check and everything is okay...and now a few days back they mailed me that product they received is damaged so u contact your courier partner...no refund and no replacement is done and my money is blocked so what to do now...? i asked them for pictures of damaged product via mail but they dint send me any Was this information helpful? | |||||
