I ordered 2x pair of Sony headphones on 13 Mar 2015 @ 01:52 PM through ShopClues.com under order# 41688061. Order details: Sony Ex088 In Ear 3.5Mm Jack Earphone with MIC (QTY:2) Cost: INR 300 (each) Total payment made: INR 600 (QTY:02) Issue: My wife accepted the delivery on my behalf, after next 3-4 days. When I returned from office and checked the parcel, I found to have received only QTY:01 in delivery box where on top of the box it was clearly mentioned as QTY:2 and as well payment details showed INR 600 payment made. I logged a complaint with ShopClues, who confirmed that the missing item will be sent soon; but after 3 days when I called up ShopClues, they informed I need to apply for cancel dispatch as there is no option for "ship the missing item" directly. By that time my wife had already started using the received 1x product. Then I received a call from someone who came to my home to pick the previous item. I wasn't at all aware that I need to ship back the old item, which never needed any replacement. I only needed wanted my missing item now. The guy returned without the old item and mentioned that the cycle will continue if I ask for return again because I do not have the old item to be returned now (why do I need to return anything as it is clear the shopkeeper should send the missing item... nope?) End result: I have received only 01 item while I paid for 02 Qty and thus outcome is that I am left cheated/robbed off by "ShopClues.com" in sync with their vendor called "Ecom Express". It will be much appreciated if you can kindly help me to get my missing item, or to help me to get refund of my remaining unused INR 300.
