ShopClues.com — Extremely poor delivery from ShopClues.com | |||
Hi, I have placed an order[protected] on 13th April 2015 and it was supposed to be deliver by 21-23rd April 2015. But i didn't received anything yet. I checked on shopclues.com and says that it has been delivered. Worst part: 1. I didn't received any kind of confirmation over email/sms regarding my courier details. 2. When i tried to track using the shipment number on Safeexpress courier partner, it says that shipment no doesn't exists. 3. Shopclues.com provided a URL in order to track orders and that URL is also invalid. 4. I also had a word with customer care of Safeexpress, that are also saying that shipment no doesn't exists. 5. I had contacted shopclues customer care, every time they are saying that they don't have any update regarding your order, we need another 48 hours. I have paid full money to shopclues.com and my order has been missed date of delivery and even i don't know whether it has been dispatched or not yet. Now i totally getting frustrated. It good to know that after missing the date of delivery you are showing your concern for my order.
I can see the status now on your courier partner website. I just want to know that why there is delay, and since now it's get delayed, i need proper compensation for the same.
Please update me asap.
