[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Faulty product

Dear Team,

Please help me to recover my loss or replacement of product. I have ordered Blackberry mobile from shopcluse.com with the order number 19843009. They have delivered the product, when i have checked the product that was faulty and i am contieousaly following those pepole for replacement but didn't get that. I have invested 12798.00 and didn't get worth of product, please help me to refund the money. Please refer the followup date wise.

I have also spoke many times to customer care but they are also not able to help me they are just taking complaint and after few days they will close the complaint.

I placed an order vide order No...32559203 for an instant sigma geyser of one Litre on 05/01/2015 which was shipped and delivered to me on 16th Jan 2015. When I called a plumber cum electrician to install that, it is observed that the product was faulty and producing current in flow of hot water. Kindly replace the order on urgent basis.

I had ordered a Frontech Multimedia Joy Wheel JIL-3003 on the 29th of May, which got delivered today. I connected all parts as instructed in the guide and it failed to work at its first run.
