I Ordered FUJITSU LIFEBOOK A514 CORE i3-4005U 4TH GEN/8GB/500GB/15.6“/DOS/MADE IN GERMANY through shopclues.com. Order Number : 68832090 Once the product is delivered I can see a dotted lines on the top side of the screen and screen is flickering. 10/3/2015 I called up Shopclues customer support (worst call center) and told about the issue. Customer support Lady Preethy asked me to raise a return request and pack the product in the box, so that someone from shopclues will come an pick up the product in 3-4 working days. After 3 days when I checked the shopclues account I can see the status as return rejected by merchant. 10/6/2015 I called up customer support lady Akansha and she told that I have to take it to the Manufacture. I told that on the day one I am not ready to take it to manufacturer. I requested for replacement or refund and this lady keep repeating the same thing again and again. Then she transferred to Deepak Kumar, he in turn repeated the same thing. Then he transferred the call to Puneet Kumar(Floor Manager1) the worst person who is not even able to communicate, then Puneet (Floor Manager2) and finally to Aparna (addressed herself as Senior Manager). Now they need me to reopen the product which I kept it ready for courier and take a snapshot of the flickering screen. Not sure how an image of a flickering screen can be captured. I captured image of the dotted lines in the laptop and attached in return request. I spoke with all these representatives for 2 hours. I have the call recording with me. 10/7/2015 Again I called next day stating that requested image of the laptop are attached. Representative Shikha told that she is not able to see from backend. Snapshot My account with images attached in the account are there in image 2 attached here. Then I told her to connect to Aparna. She made me wait 30 mts before connecting the call. Then Aparna came and told that she will send and email and reply with the attachment. I asked her email id (ie [protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com) which is reluctant to give. I send email with the images to the above email id and by this time she disconnected the call and went. Again I called shopclues customer support asking to transfer to Aparna, i told him specifically not to put on hold. Still he put me on hold for 30 mts and disconnected the call. I have this call recording too. Again I called shopclues customer support asking to transfer to Aparna, I have waited for 45 minutes without being transferred to Aparna.
