ShopClues.com — I am complaining about a scame orchestrated by ShopClues.com and their middleman logisitics company in Trivandrum

I had ordered for a 30000 mah samsung power bank from Shopclues.com. They conveniently sent me 20000 mah power bank which does not even work past 15 minutes and when i asked for replacement, they claim to have already declared that the order was cancelled. But if the order was cancelled, I sincerely do not understand how the person who came to drop the package mentioned that he was from Shopclues.com while taking my 1128 rupees from me for the power bank i ordered. This case must be looked into as when i was talking to the customer care representatives, the first day they seemed fine with me proceeding with the returns and did not mention any problems whatsoever. The second time i called to check on the progress, they seemed very reluctant to speak and instead of resolving my issue, hangs up the call on me. When questioned about who came to deliver the product and that if it was cancelled, who gave the delivery man the information and order to deliver this fake power bank, they were left speechless. I am certain they are behind this scam as if they weren't, they would have asked me to contact the logistics company or stay with me for further procedures. Please do the necessary as I am helpless. It was a Cash On Delivery order and transaction too. I am a student making a living with the minimum allowance i receive. Now i have a 20000 mah power bank for the price of a 30000 mah power bank without the actual quality or functioning of even a 1500 mah battery in real.
