Dear sir,

Order no.[protected] storage type water cooler dated 15th oct 2016

With reference to the above order i have ordered a storage type water cooler on 15th oct 2016 and was assured to get the above product order delivery.

In spite of making payment via credit card amounting to rs. 15, 000.00 on 15th oct 2016 via citibank credit cards.

Since the product and the amount was displayed at your end i have ordered the same but sorry to say that company shop clues is fooling customers and giving such type of orders in your shopping adds and later say that the order cannot be sent due to unavailability. Besides the material was showing in stock there after i have purchased and also till today your offer remains the same and can be booked by the other customers also and can be seen live in your shopping cart. And now the company is saying that i will get back my amount by 10 nov. 2016 since my other option has got with my diwali deals will be over till i get my refund.

Such type of fraud should be stopped and other custumer do not fall pre to such add in shop clues
