ShopClues.com — I have returned the product, not yet refunded

Dear sir/madam i have purchased a weight loss product on this online shopping portal.they send a low quality damaged product so i returned the product and asked my money back.i have returned the product on 20th july 2014 and the return order status has completed(I have attached the proof ) but not yet get my money from the merchant.Help me to get back my amount
