ShopClues.com — I received a wrong product and i have been continuously pleading for refund but there has been no reply since 20 days

I purchased a clock in last week of August and i received a different watch, different from the one described in the site and there has been no procedure of refund implemented by them and i am just wastefully emailing them regularly with no reply, and even some days before they said the watch received by you is correct without even checking the descriptions and i am fed up of them, Please help
