I have odered htc battery before 4-5 dyas .today i got it and after inserting it i have notice that it is not working and the specifications that website has given is not same as in the product i got. so i want to return or refund it.because i already have discussed about return and refund policy to customer care and they have said if you have any problem regarding the product you can return and refund it after getting it

Sir, my order no.is 90614301 and product F1/fMS/JOCKER Deshboard wex polish spary.
i have received above said product in damaged condition .cap open of the product.kindly return it and refund my money.
