[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — late delivery and no response from them

The tracking number of my order is[protected] and the order no. is 22670525. They are delivering it through Ecom express In the site it is being mentioned that the expected delivery date of my order is 17 October, 2014. But I haven't received my package yet. Today is 24 oct. I have made my payment through net banking.I had even mailed both shop clues and ecom express regarding this problem but didn't get any reply from them. I tried to call them too but every time its coming busy.They are not updating the status of my order also. Please i want my package as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards Monika Das
