ShopClues.com — Wrong product delivered and no return taking place

I ordered 20000mah power bank. And got 30000mah PowerBank.
And I received product on 23rd July 11:30am and after 2hrs I received a mail that product's delivery has been canceled.
Now since then I am trying to return the product and there is no response.

They just we we will revert you back in 48hrs.but no 1 calls and this has happened nearly7-8times
