Dear shopclues team, I have ordered power bank with new fitfly home gym 32kg weight with 4ft plain rod+3ft curl rod+gym accessories having order no.[protected]. I have received one item on same address and how come second item is not delivered. There is some one at home all the time as we have joint family. So how can you say material returned. Please provide me details when, who and how it's returned. Neither anyone called me nor visited my address. After using my fund from 5th october how can you cancel my order without my concern. Are you paying me with interest. I received call from fitfly home customer support executive having no. [protected] on 19th october she confirmed that shipment was delayed. But it will be delivered to me on 24th october 2016. Then i received a mail from your end that my order is cancelled due to not delivered & my money will be refunded till 12th november. Means i made my payment & i have to wait for 1.5 months for my money. Where as after discussion with fitfly executive she confirmed shopclues cancelled my order & they didn't dispatched my consignment yet from there office. How can you make false commitments. I want justice. I will raise issue in consumer forum & social media twitter, facebook, what's app. For your fraudulent working behaviour. Waiting for your reply.
