Xiomi redemi 4 g note was booked on 13 aug, and set was received order set number 64925277on 18 aug .while charging at the first time it was found the it was not charging .thereafter after serching what to do i Complaint to the custmor carer there was mail that merchant will ship a new set on 18 aug, but till today no response from company. On Thu, Aug 20, 2015 at 8:01 AM, following received from shop clues in mail Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This email is in regards to your complaint for the order number 64925277. We would like to inform you that Merchant has approved your return request for replacement. Hence, we have initiated the reshipment process. We will reship a fresh product with a new order number. As soon as it will be done, you will receive an automatic email regarding the same. Apart from this, we are not arranging the reverse pickup of the delivered product. You can keep or dispose the product at your convenience as the merchant do not require the product back.
