[Resolved] ShopClues.com — New Toshiba Laptop not working No proper Support from Shopclues and no Free Service | |||
Hi I have brought a Toshiba laptop from Shopclues but it was stopped working with in 5 months and it's showing the blue screen(ref attached screen shot) When I approaching the Toshiba Laptop service center, they are not taking this for service and they saying that its USA product it doesn’t have international warranty. I am really disappointed that, I purchasing the Product in India and it can’t be serviceable here. As a end customer i brought this laptop in Shopclues and it's their responsibility to fix this issue and provide the proper support to the end customer. To solve this issue, I have raised this issue with Shopclues Request #943227 but no progress so far. I am running behind this for the past two months and still I didn’t get any proper response from them. It would be good, if this laptop to be replaced by you with new one or else let me know the service center in Chennai which can service with warranty.
