Hello Sir, I ordered Philips DSP 2800 5.1 Multimedia Speakers on 06th June 2014 through www.shopclues.com and i received it on 13 th june 2014. When i Opened it I got shocked because there is no Woofer and i requested them for Return. They asked me to Resend the product and we do replacement. I Resend the product to them. Today is 12 sep 2014. 3 months get completed Still i not received my Replacement. There is no proper response from through mail too.. After so many mail from me they responded 15 days before that they initiated Refund.. it will take 1 week to Credit money to ur account. But still i got any amount. So please help me to get Refund amount and Do necessary steps on them.. Please reply me about the current status to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought 17 products on 26th october 2014... 3 products remain undelivered and no refund done yet...
please do the refund of those products asap its already 1.5 month now...
