My order #17630629 which was placed on 31st July for Samsung Galaxy S3 S3 I9300 Urban Armor Gear UAG Case-NAVIGATOR Code: 4200860 ) was shipped to me by 6th August ( Merchant Name: dhanvir : 31, shrinathji park, Anand, 388001 ) But later found manufacture defect to which i have mailed them back RAVI KANTH VARMA BATCHELA, Aug 09 10:58 PM: Comment: Attached is the snaps of the extra projection inside of the volume control, due to which i am not able to increase volume only decrease volume is functioning Order Number: 17630629 Return Number: 395595 Despite of calling them repeatedly and mailing them till date ( 6th Sept -14 )the only respond they say that my concern is highlighted to there superiors and would be treated with high priority and wiil be resolved with in 24 to 48 hrs and when i mentioned the same they say to wait for few seconds to look into the past query and say " Sincere apologies, Product was not available with the Merchant and we are trying to reach other merchants to get this product from them for you."
