ShopClues.com — No Response for my Replacement Request | |||
I have ordered an item "Laughing Buddha Sitting on Dragon Tortoise for good luck free Lucky coins" on March 11, 2015. The part was delivered on March 17, 2015. The shipping box found to be in a very good condition. However the product box is too small to hold the product. The part was not properly packed, the product box is in opened condition. When I took the part out of the box I found that the tip of the Dragon Tortoise nose was broken. I have searched for the broken piece inside the package but it was not found. It seems to the part was already damaged while packing. I have submitted a replacement request with ShopClues.com on March 18, 2015 by attaching the picture of broken part, box and packing slip, then requested to send the reply either to my email address bala.[protected]@cesltd.com or via phone at [protected]. But still now none of the agent contacted me regarding my request and there is no update found on the request that I have submitted. They don't have a direct phone number or email address to contact them.
