ShopClues.com — Non receipt of the item against the shopclues order # 55895245

I am G. Madhavan from Chennai. I have ordered the item MULTI EXERCISER MACHINE 5 IN 1 AB EXERCISER WONDER CORE GYM through shopclues.com vide the order # 55895245. In their website they mentioned the item was shipped on 9th June 2015 and the product will be delivered on 17th June through Blue dart courier vide the AWB # [protected]. When i checked with Bluedart courier tracking, the AWB is not available and as per their statement the product is not handed over to the courier. I have contacted the customer support and they are not able to give any status of this order and i have asked them to cancel the product, which they are claiming it is not possible. Please intervene to cancel the order and for refund.
