I have order the ULTIMA POT 1000 ML MONET/STAINLESS STEEL KETTLE from SHOPCLUES.COM My order number is 31333261 I have given the following details of courier about my product Carrier Name: DTDC Tracking Number: Z31996232 Track your Shipment: Z31996232 When I am tracking my product from courier website, it shows that it is delivered on 9 december, 2014. Although I have booked the product on 26 December, 2014 I have call the shopclue.com customer service many times but all the time they told me the same courier number and forward my complaint to concern courier agency Today there is 20/01/2015 and till date I have not received my product although I have submitted full amount of the product Was this information helpful? | |||
