ShopClues.com — Not received fund after cancellation of order

Hi, I have purchased one item on 9th August, order id[protected] and after 2 days cancelled the porder.its status is showing cancelled but I haven't received the refund money yet, no mails.I have contacted several times to customer care and waited for long time to speak to customer care officer but got no response.So, please solve this issue.
