I place my order power bank on shop clues 760 rs. After got it, i found that it is defective and i applied fir replace. They are not able to replace it and i got email that they can refund, they send me neft detail link . When i open that link i found nothing where i submit details. I send my neft details through email. they don't respond it and when i call them, they regert my request what ido? I placed my order 1 month ago.
