ShopClues.com — Not Replaced my product under Warranty | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam I am Nishchay Sharma from gurgaon I had ordered Micromax 40B5000 / 40BSD60FHD 101 cm (40) Full HD LED Television from shopclues online shopping on 08 Nov 2015 I received my product on 21st Nov 2015. when I unpack the product and open the box, I find damage product the screen is broken from inside Led display is broken same time i call to shop clues customer care and inform them they asked me to send the picture of the damaged product Within an hour I took the picture of the broken screen and registered the return request. after 3 days of my return request i received message from shop clues against my order No 75103865 and Ticket number 5212565 (Return for shop clues 75103865 has been declined) when i call to your customer care department so they told me to visit on Micormax service center for repair it and they give me service center no. i visit on service centre they told me to pay service charges and LED replacement charges. again i contact to shopclues i call around 12 to 13 time they put my call on hold for 15 min but no one give me proper resolution please suggest me how do i proceed for the my reversal please do the needful Thanks & regards Nishchay Sharma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
