I have ordered Sonybravia KDL-40R55C TV, order received on 22nd of july, due to no brightness and clarity not satisfied with the product so returned request on 31st of July. After that 6 emails and 7 times called to return the goods. No one was taking care. Today lady received the call and finally approved the return request but telling that cannot refund the amount only replacement. But my attached message box will tell when i have raised the complaint. And even my co-brother also returned and he got his refund but for me nothing is favoring. It is not small amount 32000. I do not want these kind of products. I really need my money back. If we are using big money it should be worthfull.
Please help me.
